The Holland Project is a all-ages arts and music space that caters their programing primarily at teens and young adults. It is a great small space with excellent bands. Most shows are only $10 and feature one to two local bands as openers. Parking can be tricky, especially on the weekends but the neighborhood is walkable. Being a bit older I don’t find that I get too many odd glances. Depending on the weather and the size of the crowd there is usually a snack bar open that sells water, soft drinks, and various snack. The entrance for the main show room is down the right side of the building from Vesta St.
There is a gallery in the front which is usually close off during shows
The Serva Pool is a second space in back. Entrance is just past the snack shack.
They do have an occasional night with two shows going on.
