I had some feed back that the dark layout of the news letter could be hard to read so the team here at The Reno Scene has endeavored to make some improvements.
Here are some of the improvements we made:
- Change the background color to a lighter alternating color with black text.
- added a green border to denote staff picks.
- enabled replacing the classes with inline CSS. This has really improved the layout in outlook.
- added some CSS to help the lines break on words only not in the middle of them.
I am sorry about the first send of the new layout. It was all working fine in testing but I forgot to move the inline CSS setting so it came in pretty sloppy. We’ll be continuing to make improvements. I’m hoping to go public and start actually promoting the site in some of the local Facebook groups in the new year.
